Heidi Coad-Hermelin is a 1989 graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Economics and a 1992 graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. She is a member of the California Bar Association, the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Robert G McGrath American Inns of Court. Heidi Coad-Hermelin is licensed to practice before the Northern and Central District Federal District Courts.
Heidi Coad-Hermelin’s practice focused on Real Estate, Business, Bankruptcy and Probate litigation for the past 20 years. Her trial experience includes fraudulent transfers, will disputes, nuisance, breach of contract, partnership dissolution, inverse condemnation, business disputes, leases, and real estate disputes.

David Hermelin is a 1986 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and a 1992 graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. He is member of the California Bar Association and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Real Estate Sections of both Bar Associations. Mr. Hermelin is on the Contra Costa County Bar Associations’ Moderate Means Committee. In addition, he is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Eastern Federal District Courts in California. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Hermelin was previously General Counsel for Realty Executives of Northern California and prior to establishing the Hermelin Law Firm was counsel to Mason-McDuffee dba Prudential California Realty. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of First Metropolitan Credit Union.
Mr. Hermelin has a broad range of civil litigation and arbitration/ADR experience. His experience includes all types of residential real estate disputes, including disclosure disputes, breach of contract, easements, partition actions, fraud, landlord-tenant issues and broker liability. In addition, he has experience in mortgage fraud, franchise issues and business contracts.
